B | 　　带着航天AI算法合作意向而来的千机变(杭州)科技有限公司创始人王玉松透露，目前已在多个方向与相关机构达成初步共识，后续计划在文昌落地人工智能研发公司。　　海南正把“发射优势”转化为“数据优势”，让商业航天从“造火箭、发卫星”走向“用数据、卖服务”。在星测未来科技(北京)有限责任公司联合创始人曹德志看来，当前海外业务正成为中国商业航天企业新的拓展方向之一，海南自贸港为企业走向国际提供独特的平台优势，刚成立的海南航天数据跨境加工贸易区在促进企业开展海外卫星应用服务业务领域有先行先试的利好。　　“此次公司与海南卫星数据与应用研究中心签约合作，基于雷达卫星在轨智能识别技术为泰国提供针对洪涝灾害的检测服务。”曹德志希望依托文昌，长远助力企业航天技术与服务出海。　　国家航天局总工程师李国平表示，将全力支持海南省“向天图强”，加速聚集火箭制造、卫星制造、数据应用等产业，推动商业航天市场常态化业务运行，打造中国商业航天的创新高地。
